Welcome to Tasty Tuesday!  I have had a few requests for a recipe (No Bake Energy Bites), so I thought it would be best to share here:

Smashed Peas and Carrots: No-Bake Energy Bites {Recipe}.

I personally use buckwheat honey and dark chocolate chips.  I use natural peanut butter, but those are my personal preferences.  And beware:  these are very addictive!  Think a healthy version of “cookie dough” and you get the idea…..I recommend making a double batch if you have to share.  😉

My fave way to eat these:  I get Stonyfield caramel greek yogurt, add a touch of nutmeg and cinnamon, a small handful of blueberries or chopped white peaches and then crumble one of these on top of it all.  Super deliciousness! This is o

These do pack about 50 calories (round about) per “Bite”, so as with all things, moderation!  These are “real” ingredients and not just white sugar junk like cookies or cholesterol chips, so they are definitely a good option—just don’t eat a whole half dozen in a day!
