Men, we don’t want to have you feeling left out.  My hubby has been doing this workout and loves it.  It is quick, easy to follow, and effective.  Just sandwich between a good warm-up and a cool-down, followed by some stretching and you are good to go.  Make sure to leave at least one day in between these workouts.  On your “off” day, go run a few miles or do some other cardio.  Ladies, you can do this one if you feel up to it.  If I can do it, you can do it!  Enjoy!

Burn fat and calories in 20 minutes with trainer Bob Harper’s sweat-dripping circuit workout.

What you’ll need: a set of 5- to 10-pound dumbbells

How this workout works: Perform each move for 45 seconds, doing as many reps as possible in that time and resting for 15 seconds between moves. Complete the circuit four times.
