It is the start of a new week. Don’t limit yourself. Keep working towards your goal.
I encourage you to keep adding a serving of fruit or vegetable to each and every meal or snack that you eat. And this week, I would like you to add increasing your water intake by a full glass (usually about 16 oz) each day. And keep moving what you can move, when you can move it. You can do this. You won’t regret healthy choices that bring positive results!
