Nice and easy now (after Day 5 at least!) with only 30 seconds of cardio and Great Glute Challenge Day 6!

Remember to work in YOUR range of motion.  Perhaps you use a ball or keep your squats higher.  The goal is to PROGRESS beyond your current ability.  So do the best that YOU can!
