Remember, modifications can be your friend!  Use them if you need to and be sure to stretch and foam roll if you need to.  I also HIGHLY recommend epsom salt soaks!

Great Glute Challenge Day 19 will get the tush feeling the burn.  Stay low in the hips, OUTTA the knees, and work at your pace!

Remember to do 30 seconds of cardio, Day 16, 30 more seconds of cardio, Day 17, 30 seconds cardio, Day 18, 30 seconds cardio, finally Day 19.

Be sure to cool down and stretch out after this one!
