Today’s agenda:  30 seconds of cardio,  Great Glute Challenge Day 26, 30 seconds of cardio, Great Glute Challenge Day 27, 30 seconds of cardio, Great Glute Challenge Day 28, 30 seconds of cardio, Great Glute Challenge Day 29, 30 seconds of cardio and THEN Great Glute Challenge Day 30

Now….give yourself a big round of applause.  Do a happy dance.  Take an epsom salt soak (and a bottle of wine and a good book to join you in the bath).  Stretch.  Relax. You are done!
