About This Lesson
Reformer classes are conducted on the reformer in a group setting with up to six clients, starting and ending together in a flowing pattern of exercises.
All levels are welcome with modifications being offered for all, however, previous experience required to join existing classes.
I personally began practicing Pilates in 1990 to ease sports-related pain and muscular imbalances.
