Great Glute Challenge Day 12 is all about precision and control, so don’t rush through it. Really feel the “tweezer” action in your rear and thighs as you 2nd plie then degage (which means drag). Remember to keep a straight leg as you degage!
Keep your torso out of it! No back arching or rib thrusting, please. Remember that the leg moves the foot, not the other way around.
Remember to do 30 seconds of cardio, Day 11, 30 more seconds of cardio before doing Day 12.
