Hi! Often I have clients that struggle with planks, push-ups, and any modification or variation thereof. For this past year, I have done push-ups with most of my classes every single day and now, lo and behold, they are achieving what they once thought to be impossible. In the following video, I share with you my tips for proper alignment through your thoracic (shoulders/ribs), abdominal (NOT just the front 8 pack, people!) and pelvic alignments. I begin with your hands and go all the way to the feet. Like I tell my clients: Planks and push-ups are not upper body exercises. They are full-body integrated exercises!
