About This Lesson
A combination equipment class designed to progress and challenge you on the Reformer, Wunda Chair, and the Mat. The class will be designed with the Intermediate/Advanced student in mind who want an invigorating flow.
Health contraindications such as major spinal issues/pelvic floor dysfunction/Diastasis Recti/Pelvic Organ Prolapse/major cardiovascular issues/significant arthritis or osteoporosis should not attend this class.
I personally began practicing Pilates in 1990 to ease sports-related pain and muscular imbalances.
